Meet Rachel

Rachel is passionate about working with couples and families to address their needs in a collaborative and supportive way.  In working with school age children, families appreciate Rachel’s ability to connect with their children while also prioritizing the parent-child relationships in the therapy room. As a therapist, Rachel is empathetic and candid in her approach to assisting couples, families, and individuals with their various concerns and needs.  She has completed additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method, and she incorporates these approaches into her work with couples. Rachel states, “I take pride in looking at my client’s concerns with a neutral and unbiased perspective, and will consider all aspects of their lives and relationships in our work together.”
