Meet Nicole

Nicole strongly believes that all people deserve unconditional positive regard within the therapy process, and strives to make all of her clients feel seen, heard and supported.  Nicole’s naturally empathic and genuine personality creates a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement.  Nicole is particularly passionate about working with couples and families who want to explore their attachment needs to move towards healing and forgiveness.  She has expanded her training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. Nicole acknowledges that "We all go through challenging times in life, and I would be honored to join with you to help you reach your personal and relational goals".
