Meet Kylie

As a therapist, Kylie provides clients with a safe, collaborative, and affirming environment where they can access their natural resiliency and heal. Kylie’s specialties include relational concerns, trauma, and gender-affirming care. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate phases of life, communication difficulties, attachment injuries, and various traumas. Kylie is EMDRIA certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and has Level 1 and 2 training in Gottman Method Therapy, and is a Prepare-Enrich Facilitator. Additionally, she is an associate faculty member at Arizona State University teaching for the Master’s of Marriage and Family Therapy Program. Kylie is drawn to trauma work because she believes trauma is an experience, not just an event. She acknowledges that trauma can be anything too long, too much, or not enough, and explores with clients how these experiences can impact our narratives and nervous systems as they navigate the world.
