Meet Desiree

As a part of our Intensive Therapy team, Desiree has vast experience in working with couples, families, and individuals with complex needs and complicated relationship dynamics. Being trauma-informed in her approach, she is warm, direct, and client-centered. With intensive therapy services, Desiree helps clients uncover the root issues that have yet to be resolved while offering focused feedback on unhelpful patterns that may be present. Desiree is working towards certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and has also received additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy. She is passionate about supporting clients with high conflict dynamics and relationship injuries through a trauma-informed and relationship-centered lens. Desiree believes that the best therapeutic work is collaborative work, and walks side-by-side with her clients down the path of healing and change.
