General FAQs on Clinic Services

What forms of payment do you accept? Do you accept insurance?

The Clinic accepts cash, check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.  The Clinic does not accept insurance directly; however we do offer affordable rates that at times are comparable to a copay or what the deductible may be. Also, some insurance companies may reimburse a client for fees paid to the Clinic.

Are the fees per person?

No, Clinic fees are per session regardless of how many people are participating.

Do you have male and female therapists?

In choosing a therapist, some may prefer to work with a male or female therapist. Our team includes both male and female clinical therapists.

What are your hours?

We have therapists that are available Monday through Saturday. We offer morning, afternoon and evening appointments to accommodate to the needs of our clients.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We strive to schedule initial appointments within one week of the initial phone consultation.

How often or how many sessions do you recommend?

This really depends on you and your therapeutic goals. You will collaborate with a therapist to develop a treatment plan and discuss the frequency of sessions.
